No. Community Events are educational and experiential, not psychotherapy. They do not include diagnosis, treatment planning, or clinical interventions.

Anyone interested in building insight, learning wellness tools, or connecting with others. You do not need to be a current therapy client. Children must attend with an adult over the age of 18 years old.

For virtual events, participants may attend from anywhere. For in-person events, participants must be able to travel to our designated location.
